Climate Change

It is the long-term changes in the average weather patterns on Earth, particularly shifts in temperature, precipitation, and other atmospheric conditions. It is a complex phenomenon influenced by various natural and human-induced factors. The primary driver of contemporary climate change is the increase in greenhouse gas concentrations in the Earth's atmosphere, mainly carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), and fluorinated gases.

Key Aspects of Climate Change

What causes climate change?

As greenhouse gas emissions blanket the Earth, they trap the sun’s heat. This leads to global warming and climate change. The world is now warming faster than at any point in recorded history. Human activities have released large amounts of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, which has changed the earth's climate.

What can we do?

Addressing climate change requires collective efforts at individual, community, and global levels. Act today for a sustainable tomorrow - raise your voice, spread awareness, and join the global movement for a climate-resilient future.
